“To begin with - from the first phone call to Fontenelle Window Cleaning to the very last of 40 windows, Wilson and this company were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable of the type of windows in our over 100 year old, 3-story with basement home in Dundee. I was first impressed with his confidence and skill with handling this type of windows and the care he demonstrated with the house. He bid the project promptly and explained his process clearly. He was able to come before our desired cleaning deadline with only 2weeks notice and worked all day with only a lunch break. He was invited to move through the house at his pace and we stayed pretty much out of his way with minimal effort. I felt comfortable with the whole project and the windows are impeccable after four years of wind, rain and dust. Absolutely 100% recommend this company. He was professional and did a great job. He wasn’t there too long before he was finished.
