It is a close estimate based on your home's square footage. Before we schedule, we confirm the window count and gutter access and text you the final price. Most land within 10% of the estimate. No obligation either way.

What is not included in the estimate?

Screens, tracks and hard water removal are quoted separately so you only pay for what you want. Ask for them when we text and we add a line for each.

Do I need to be home?

For exterior windows and gutters, no. Unlock the gates and we handle the rest. For inside glass we need someone home to let us in.

How soon can you come out?

Most jobs are scheduled within the week. Tell us your preferred days when we text and we find a slot.

What if it rains after you clean?

Our 14 day rain guarantee covers it, up to $1,000. If weather or streaks mess with the clean, we come back.
